Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing and participating in any of The Headstart Sensory Gym Classes (referred interchangeably to as "Class" or "Classes" or "Programme" or "Programmes"). By enrolling in a Class, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms: by accessing or using a Class, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or participate in the Program.

Program Description: Headstart Sensory Gym Monthly Membership is an in-person course designed to train and develop a child's foundational brain development as well as provide parents with knowledge and confidence regarding their child's development. We aim to assess and build on neurological development principles such as movement through fine and gross motor activities, building communication, rhythm and self-confidence through music and speech. Our programmes also cover critical-thinking, building concentration through memory or problem-solving games.
The program consists of 5 monthly sessions, each 45 minutes long. Parents and guardians can book classes or 'time slots' online via the website (www.headstartgym.co.uk) by logging in with their membership details.

Eligibility: this Program is designed for parents and guardians seeking to understand and support their child's foundational brain development. Paying participants must be 18 years of age or older. Children eligible for the program should be typically aged 3-6 however, we can adapt to babies and toddlers, up to children aged.

Payment and Pricing:
Payment Plan: Currently we only offer a monthly payment plan, consisting of a recurring monthly payment of £75.
Payment Schedule: payments will be automatically charged according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Program.
Currency: All prices are in Pound Sterling (£).

Refunds and Cancellations: all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access to the Program has been granted. We encourage you to review the Program outline and details thoroughly before enrolling.

Access to Program:
Once both payment and registration has been confirmed via the website, you can then pick your dates and times for the monthly allocated sessions.

Intellectual Property: all content provided within the Program, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, text, guides, assessments, and exercises, is the exclusive property of headstartgym.com and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Program content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not share, distribute, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Program content without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties: the information and classes provided is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional medical, therapeutic, or psychological advice.
Results may vary. While the Program provides strategies and guidance based on proven principles, individual outcomes depend on various factors, including consistently attending classes each month, your child's unique needs, and other external influences. We do not guarantee specific results.
You understand that you are solely responsible for your child's well-being and for seeking appropriate professional advice when necessary.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Headstart Sensory Gym and Headstart Wellbeing and its educators, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Program. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors or omissions in content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Program.

Governing Law: these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Program after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
